Signs you need a new mattress
1. A good mattress should give you a good rest and a feeling of comfort otherwise it will have a bad influence on your health and life. If you wake up in the morning after a night’s rest with a sore back and exhausted, maybe it’s time to think about changing your mattress.
2. The time you are sleeping is decreasing. If you notice that you wake up earlier and earlier in the morning, for no apparent reason, it means that your mattress could be causing high lumbar strain and our body’s reaction is to react by making you wake up and get up. This may be due to the fact that the components of your “old” mattress have lost their properties over time.
3. Many people complain that it’s sometimes hard to fall asleep and they don’t know why. Furthermore, when they get up the next day, they feel just as tired or even exhausted. A good mattress can help you fall into dreams more quickly, improving your sleep quality.
4. If you frequently wake up in the middle of the night every day and find it difficult to fall asleep afterwards, it means that your sleep quality is getting worse. Try another sleeping posture or you might as well buy a new mattress.
5. If you feel that the bed is no longer flat, this could mean that the mattress components have lost their strength and are no longer able to support your body correctly.
